Need a crockpot recipe?

So- Holly & Lance came to visit in September and we had a blast! While they were here, Holly made some boneless pork in the crock pot. Little did she know....... this would become a weekly meal for me :) It is SO good!

1 package of boneless pork
1 can of Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can of water
Chopped onion (about half)- or I've been using minced onions b/c I can't remember to grab an onion when I go to the store! I don't measure how much I use- I'm guessing about a tablespoon.

Add all of this to the crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Oh it is SO good!

And before I publish this post- I want to give a shout out to a couple companies that make some GREAT food. :)

Sister Schubert (sp?) Yeast Rolls---- TO DIE FOR! Seriously, I am not playing. GO GET SOME! (frozen isle) They are great.... in fact, every time I go get groceries, they are OUT! If they have them in stock, I stock up. Too bad I don't have a separate freezer or I would probably fill it up with these bad boys.

Broccoli - these are over by the salad. They aren't frozen. LOVE them! Pop them in the microwave for about 7 minutes and ta-da! YUMMY
