Happy 1st Birthday Kallie!
We had such a great time at Kallie's first birthday party. Kallie just started walking really well so she was on the go the entire party. We had a good turn out and the weather was gorgeous. My parents and in-laws were able to make the trip and we also had some friends that made the trip from New Jersey! So the weekend was full of fun, to say the least.
I posted these on my Facebook, but I wanted to blog about them in a little more depth.
I sent these out to all of our relatives who couldn't make the trip. (I put a picture of the girls on the back so they would have a 5x7 picture once they got tired of looking at the party side) :)
Here is the set up. All the food went right here. I'm so glad we just had snacks. However, I won't have as many sweets next time, for sure. I'll do a couple sweets and then have salty things as well.

Here was the gift area.
THE Cake. It was amazing. It looked great! So great that I never cut it.... it's actually still in my fridge! We'll cut it tonight, maybe :)
And on to the actual party!
After the party, we headed to Uncle Julio's for some good mexican food! We got home late, but the kids were still wound up. They had a blast playing with all the toys.

Great job on the tutu...Kallie's outfit is so FUN! I couldn't tell if you made the cake or not? The invitations....adorable! So talented...you're good at this party planning thing!
Your pictures are AMAZING! I love that cake too, and would not have cut into it either. I hope you eventually did though! :)
I barely do anything for Boyd's birthdays, so far anyway. A few balloons and cake. I need to get better at that!
