So I'm a day late with this- and I hope I can still link up! We were traveling all day yesterday so I didn't have a chance to log on.

First, I pulled it up in LR3 and adjusted the WB and cropped. I also messed with the curves a little.
Next, I pulled it up in PSE 8 and used some actions that I love to use to get this effect.
First, I used Pamela Topping's "Enchanted" action. (around 30% opacity) I like to use the one that has all the layers flattened. I've tried to use the one that I can mess with all the layers individually, but I don't really like it.
Next, I added Keri Meyer's "A little retro" action at a very low opacity- probably around 15%.
The last step I used Pioneer Woman's "Seventies" action at about 7%.
I flattened the image and then added my watermark! Obviously I'm an action junkie ;)

Wow! This is beautiful! She really stands out in the final edit and everything is so warm and cheerful. Ummm, having trouble expressing what I love about this shot, but as Ashley said, it is GORGEOUS!
