Our 1st trip to D.C.

It went pretty good. We originally had planned to go to the National Zoo; however, we drove and the parking lots were all full. Our backup plan was to go to the National Mall.... and we didn't make it there first- we ended up going to the Washington Monument & White house. We really enjoyed our time there. The scenery was beautiful... We will be going back there sometime this week, for sure. I realized that if we really want to do some good sight seeing, we're going to HAVE to find a babysitter for Miss Kensley.... we'd like to go to the museums, for sure.
